1. A glaze layer with uniform thickness can be obtained on the blank surface).
2. Firing the kiln: Firing the kiln is a time-consuming step, the time process is about a day and night, and the temperature is about 1300°C. Build the kiln door first, then ignite the kiln, the fuel is pine wood, guide the pile construction technology, measure the temperature of the fire, grasp the temperature change of the kiln, and decide the time for ceasefire.
3. Colored glaze: On-glaze color such as five-color, pastel, etc., is to draw patterns and fill colors on the glazed surface of the fired porcelain, and then put it into a red furnace to bake at a low temperature, the temperature is about 700°C-800°C. In addition, painting on the plain body before firing the kiln, such as blue and white, underglaze red, etc., is called underglaze red, and its characteristic is that the color is under the high-temperature glaze.
