1. Strictly control the atmosphere in the kiln, pay attention to ventilation during the oxidation stage, the oxidation should be carried out fully and appropriately, and the reduction should not be too early or too late;
2. Grasp the moisture content of the body entering the kiln, appropriately increase the temperature of the preheating zone, properly stack the main body of the box, and strengthen ventilation;
3. Open the large atmosphere curtain, increase the air volume twice and the excess air volume, so that the carbon dissociated in the pre-tropical zone can be completely burned;
4. Maintain the stability of the pressure system in the kiln and prevent the backflow of flue gas;
5. The reducing atmosphere should not be too thick during the high-fire heat preservation stage, and the coal should not be added with smoke. The flame in the furnace should be blue and slightly yellow before adding coal;
6. Rationally use the rapid cooling air curtain, based on the principle of preventing the backflow of smoke, and end the strong reducing atmosphere before the glaze layer is sealed;
7. Adjust the content of calcium oxide in the glaze to make it appropriate.
